Our prices are shown on our website. We try to make sure that the prices on our website are accurate but we will need to validate the price before we process your order. We also aim to only display items which are in stock and which can be dispatched to you quickly. If we are unable to supply a particular item which you have ordered or if the correct price for an item is different from the price on your order, we will notify you immediately after receiving your order. If this happens, you may cancel your order and we will refund you any money which you have paid.
The prices that our products are offered to you include any VAT here in the UK or any sales tax applied in other Countries should you be ordering from overseas. We offer the cost of delivery to be only 97 pence on top of the order no matter what the size or amount in number of cartons contained in your order. If you are ordering outside the European Union then EU based VAT is not payable, however, there will be no reduction in the price you pay as to include delivery to you is more costly. If you are ordering from a Country whereby your Customs Officials write asking for local paid duties to be paid before the product can be delivered to you then please do forward the documentation to us and we would be happy to pay those fees for you
You can pay by any Visa or MasterCard credit card or by Switch, Solo or Delta debit card. To ensure that shopping on-line is secure, your credit/debit details will be encrypted to eliminate the possibility of someone being able to read your details as they are sent to us over the Internet.
You may also pay by cheque or postal order if you wish. You will be presented with this option when you 'Check Out'. Your order will be dispatched after your cheque has cleared. Additional Changing Your Mind Time
Hoopla Carna Ltd. are aware that in bulk or multiple purchases from our web site or by telephone is both more economical and more attractive. However, we would not like to think that these extra purchases will not be used or needed, therefore, in addition to the 7 day distance selling (cooling off period) as stated above, we believe that you will be delighted with your product but there may be occasions such as whereby you no longer need the additional purchase where you feel it necessary to return an item. We aim to keep the process as simple as possible. You can return any unopened bottles to the above returns address any time within 30 days of you placing your original order. Under this part of the changing your mind policy, we only refund the upgrade purchase amount if it is part of a multiple or bulk purchase and you are responsible for the cost of the return postage. For your own protection, we suggest you use a secure delivery method which requires a signature upon delivery.
Faulty Or Wrong Order?
If you return an item to us which is faulty, which you did not order or for any other reason which is our fault, we will, of course, also pay you to cost of the return postage. If this happens, please contact us first on 01302 337437 and we will let you know how you should send the item to us.

After you click on the "Pay By Paypal" button, you are transferred to our payment gateway at Paypal where your payment is processed 100% by them. The secure pages are indicated by: the address in the Address/Location bar changing from "http://" to "https://"; and a padlock symbol (or key) in the bottom right-hand status bar of your web browser.
We will receive instant card clearance/card declined notification, and will dispatch your order accordingly. We will only deliver goods to the same address as the credit card holder, this is to protect you as well as ourselves.
In the unlikely event of unauthorized use of your credit or debit card for a purchase at thermoslimmer.org, most banks and card issuers either cover all the charges or may limit your liability to just £50.00. Dispatch of your order...
We endeavor to dispatch orders within one working day of receiving the order, subject to stock availability. However, during seasonal peak demand there may be a slight delay in the dispatch of your order. If for any reason there's a delay with the expected delivery time, we'll contact you and explain the situation.
Delivery to UK addresses...
We normally despatch all orders placed before 4.00PM (Monday-Friday) the same day. Orders placed after this time, or on a non-working day, will be dispatched the next working day.
All orders delivered to UK addresses are dispatched via Royal Mail 2nd Class Delivery. Therefore, you should normally receive your items within 3 working days after you have placed your order.
Please allow a couple of days extra delivery time for Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Island or Overseas.
